Refund policy

At Penalty Box Coffee we strive to we strive to be the Lady Byng Memorial Trophy recipient of customer service. We guarantee the freshest coffee and your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied, raise your arm and blow the whistle. Contact orders@penaltybox-coffee.com and we will make it right. This includes if you don't get your order, you receive the wrong product, or the package is damaged. We will replace it at no additional cost to you. If it is an incorrect delivery, please feel free to keep the coffee. There is no need to return it as we have to discard it anyway. You might just find your next favorite brew!

If you realize you accidentally placed an order for the wrong product, contact us right away. Due to this being a roast to order product, we can sometimes catch it before it goes to production! 

When you contact us, please be sure to include your order number, the nature of the issue, and how best to reach you so we can work out the situation as quickly as possible!
