Shipping policy

Our shipping policy is mean to serve as a general guideline to set expectations. There can, from time to time, be variations. All orders are custom, roast to order and can have small variations in the time from order to roast and shipping. We also do do not have as much control of the shipper as we would like. 

Expectations

1) All US Shipping is Free

2) International shipping will be charged at quoted rates and that is in addition to the price of the coffee. 

3) General US Shipping Methods are as follow: 

1 - 12oz package ships via USPS 1st class

2-8 packages ship via USPS Priority Mail

9+ ship via UPS ground

4) International Shipping

We use USPS First Class International for any international shipping. 

Unfortunately, we can not guarantee international shipments though. We will work with you on any situations related to a lost orders but may limit refunds or replacement shipments in recurring situations. 

5) We do not offer expedited shipping as it is too variable, it is exceptionally expensive and does not necessarily add values as order time is as much a function of when it’s ordered and the custom roasting time as it is shipping. 

General Timeline

The general timeline to receive your order is as follows: 

From Order to Shipment 3-5 Business Days, but is often times less.

From Shipment to Delivery, depends on location but could be from 1-5 days.
