2. What is your shipping policy?

Our shipping policy is meant to serve as a general guideline to set expectations. As we roast to order, there can at times, be variations. We also do not have as much control over the shipper as we would like. Click to see our full Shipping Policy.

3. What are your average shipping and delivery times?

We generally expect 3-5 business days from Order to Shipment and 1-5 days from Shipment to Delivery (location dependent).

4. How do I track my order?

 You will receive a tracking number when your order ships.

5. What are your product warranties and guarantees?

We guarantee the freshness of your coffee and your ultimate satisfaction. Please contact as at orders@penaltybox-coffee.com with any questions or complaints.

6. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, Meta Pay, Google Pay, among others.

7. What if my favorite coffee is out of stock?

In the unlikely event that a coffee type is out of stock, please contact us and we can direct you to another blend or single origin that we think you would like just as much!

8. Do you have any brick-and-mortar store locations?

No, we are an on-line only coffee store but may host a Brew and Serve event from time to time. Please follow us on Facebook, Instagram or sign-up for our news letter to get updates on events, news, and discounts.

11. Can I get product samples?

We do not offer product samples at this time. If you want just a taste, we recommend trying our 12 oz bags.

12. I am having technical difficulties with your website. Who do I contact for help?

If you are having technical difficulties, please contact as at info@penaltybox-coffee.com and we will respond as quickly as possible.

13. Can I get my coffee delivered automatically? 

Yes. You can subscribe by choosing the "Subscribe and Save" option when selecting your product. This will automatically set up a subscription for you and you will receive a 10% discount at checkout and on each recurring delivery. Select to have your coffee delivered weekly for smaller bags or if you love coffee the way we do, Bi-weekly for a delivery every 2 weeks or Monthly to have your coffee delivered Monthly. 

14. Can I cancel a subscription? 

You can cancel or pause your subscription by logging into your account and going to the subscription portal. If you going to be leaving the Barn, please be sure to do so at least 1 day before your shipment is due to ship.
